For your visit (Spa)
- We provide robes, slippers, showers, towels, and hair and body products.

- We request that you leave all jewelry at home. Cell phones, pagers and PDAs are not part of the spa environment. Please leave them, and the rest of the word’s chaos behind.

- All spa guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their session.
When booking Services
- For your comfort you may wear a bathing suit for most spa treatments.

- When booking a service, please inform the receptionist if you have any significant health issues or may be pregnant.
Children
- Children under 10 are not permitted in the spa.

- For safety reasons, we suggest that children be supervised by adult not receiving services.
Cancellation Policy
- When booking spa packages or bridal parties, all clients will be asked to leave a deposit to reserve their appointment. In the event the client needs to cancel the appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. A 50% service fee will be charged for any cancellations or no shows on the day of service. Party reservations must be cancelled 48 hours before the service.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are available for your convenience. You may surprise a family member or a friend with one of our gift certificates.

- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Cards
- A gift card to Colours is always cherished as a holiday gift, birthday present, anniversary present, employee reward, special occasion or thank you.

- Gift cards are available in any dollar amount & you can even complement the gift card with other items available at the spa or in our boutique.

- To purchase gift cards or gift certificates you may also call 732-727-0111 and we can send them out to you.

- Gift Packages are not interchangeable.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Credit Cards
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
- We do not give cash refunds, only store credits.
- We are not accepting personal checks at the moment.
Service Guarantee
- We take pride in the services that we offer at Colours. That’s why we guarantee all our work. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, call us within 72 hours and we will be happy to redo the service at no charge.
